right now that was just a general question of what there was out there as far as parts sources, I am working on getting an L 1500 DT home that has no reverse, but until I tear into it I really don't know what I'm going to be needing for that part of the project.

Go to www.kubotabooks.com if you haven't done so already. And download the parts manual for the l185. 90% of the parts on that list will work for the l1501. It get's a little hazy with the gears. But everything else is the same. Then you can pull the parts manual up on your computer, jot down the part numbers you need and then order through colemans, messicks, or your local bota dealer using the part numbers

I am not sure what tractor model is the same as yours. I am parting out a L225 , L245 , L275 as well as many more. I have some new axle housings for the L245 as well as used for all the other models. Did the bearing spin in yours? I also have new bearing. Let me know if I can help . Thank you Lance
