To me, the 3pt hitch adjustment was very confusing.
The left and right lower links work opposite of each other when you turn the adjustable link.
As you tighten the right adjustable link it raises. But, your left link will go down. When you loosen your right adjustable link, your left link will go up.
Your right link looks screwed all the out in your pic.

Quick update.
We did the leveling this weekend and all went well. Having a second hand there really helped.
I had greased the adjuster earlier in the week and it definitely helped also.
Once we got her up on blocks and turned the adjuster with wrench all went smoothly. See pics.

Good deal,looks like you could lengthen the top link some,help it stay on the ground better when going over high spots
