If you want a rotating seat you need to buy a swivel plus the seat and most likely a base as well.
My tractor already has the flip/swivel/lift base since I have a backhoe. Hopefully I can just swap out the seat and all will be well. We'll see. It shipped already so maybe I'll get a shot at it this weekend.

After 5 hours Brushing in the new seat all I can say it is AWSOME! No more sliding around, great back support and armrests, WOOP,WOOP.
The best upgrade to date on the "B"

The seat base is ISO Standard mount so if your Kubota has an ISO mount it will bolt up. My M9 OS don't. The mounting rails are not ISO so I had to modify the K&M suspension base to fit. No big deal but the seat to base is a bolt up deal because they are both ISO.

Got the seat installed last night. I had to just drill another hole in the flip bracket on the tractor to get it installed. I did not use any of the brackets that came with the seat. I may revisit the seat mount at a later date when I have some idle time.

My first impression is that it's a pretty nice seat. However, it does sit a bit higher than the stock seat, and it's a little more forward. If you have long legs, it may not be the best fit for you.

I'll try it for a while, but will be hanging on to my original seat as well.

Mine came with slide rails.
Yes, this one did too. But the seat mount that I have on the tractor has the spin and slide rails already on it (because of the backhoe). It's a totally different setup because the seat is also used in the backhoe configuration.

Why I suggested getting a swivel from K&M. Kubota swivels are not ISO whereas K&M's are so it;s a bolt up deal.

I found that out when mounting the new suspension the the Kubota rails. I had to drill new holes because nothing is ISO.

While ISO may not be my favorite thing, it does standardize all the mounts and mounting points.
