That's to mount between the rops behind the seat, it has a clip for holding a SMV sign and a clip for the top link to be kept up and out out trouble while not connected to an implement.
My clip plate isn't usable as I have the BH77 backhoe that needs the swivel seat in action.

The B/LX tractors without the cab have a swivel base installed for the main tractor seat, they don’t have a separate BH seat like we have on the L
Thanks , I need to look at mine to see if I can get a swivel seat goin for it . It would make gettin on the sucker that much easier . On my old Case 580's I would just turn the seat 90 degrees & I could run the hoe just fine that way , doin it that way made moves much quicker too .

I ordered the BH77 along with the new tractor in 2017, so came with all the stuff - sub-frame, rear hydraulics, swivel seat, etc. all installed when delivered.
