I think the post is pretty well done for and he will have to dig under the concrete ridge and get the chain wrapped underneath the first few inches of concrete that w be flaired out into a lip.If the post is still attached to the concrete pretty good, put a chain around the post and if you have some hooks on your loader have the chain go to both hooks, the go forward, then backward just a few inches at a time until it loosens up more, then drag it out. Be gentle so you don't break the post off and them HAVE to dig it out!
