Whether medical, auto, plumbing, etc. if you are naieve and blindly go to a service provider you will not be likely to get the best result. You have to be intelligent and do your own research to direct what you need done.
When I go to see my doc I do so armed with a large report of several months of daily data, my own analysis and thoughts on what we should do next. The graphs I run of my CGM data pretty well show the results, not only is my A1C almost to "normal" at this point, you can see the graph is clearly getting flatter as well, not just lower average but smaller deviation. The doc consistently says just keep doing what you're doing, it's working very well.
