Hello, I have a M7040 that was submerged under water for approx 30 minutes. I have changed all the fluids and replaced the rear brake discs. I have a clunkimg noise in the right rear axle/wheel area. It's started the clunking when on the brakes right before the tractor comes to a complete stop.

This might sound a little strange to you but you can try raising the cab mounts and putting a piece of rubber in-between the frame and cab tighten it back down and see if that helps. If it does you can replace the mounts

It could also be internal like swash plate or if that model uses electronic shif solenoids not sure would have to check wsm.

Maybe you don't have a cab style 😜
