I just bought a 5030 with a problem it is white smoking and running hot I put new injectors injector pump lift pump change shims under pump nothing has help it runs around 200 degrees I have checked compression it’s 350 to 400 on all cylinders it has no blowby does anyone know anything else to check

Radiator clean? Water pump working properly? Fan belt tight? Thermostat and rad pressure cap good?
Isn't white smoke a sign of water?

Getting a workshop service manual for the engine and reading the troubleshooting section would be a good start. If you're planning to keep the tractor for any length of time you'll be pleased you got it. Try Ebay, kubotabooks.com, or any one of a number of document sites like Scribd, your dealer or Messicks or Colemans.

350-400#s compression should be sufficient. Did you notice much difference in #s of comp. per cylinder? Did you pop test new injector's before installation? Were new injectors OEM or aftermarket? I suggest in lieu of just adding/removing IP shims to attempt to time IP correctly. IMHO engine operating at 200° isn't operating "hot".

I had injectors pop test they are after market I talked to dealer there where the ones to tell me to try moving shims around said there was no real way to know how they should be but to try moving around and is 200 in normal for that tractor
If you reduced or added shims under the IP you changed the timing. I'd be putting it back as it was. Might pressure test your radiator to see if it is losing fluid. Is the white smoke continuous? I'd guess head gasket leaking.
+10.. White exhaust is usually indicative of a head gasket issue. Never fool with the pump shims. Whoever told you that is a shoemaker.

I have had a diesel GMC that has blown white exhaust three times. Each time it was a bad injector. Yes water produces white exhaust but it is not the only cause. Find someone who knows how to set up the pump and injectors. I would take the wolfman's advice and buy OEM injectors or the repair shop he recommends and spend the money for a pro to set up the system.
If you confirm your cooling system is in proper order, next step would be injectors. Aftermarket injectors are usually not worth the trouble. It usually entails a lot of practice removing and installing the parts because what you think will solve your problem doesn't, so you have to remove them and start over.
