Yes it it. I bought mine 5+ years ago and its the last grease gun fitting I've purchased since. I used to go through about 1 cheapo fitting a year.

LNL Paid for itself the first time I used it in saved aggravation, no pulled out zerks, and all grease goes into the zerks instead of making blobs in front of the zerk.

I bought one when I got my first Orange in 2017. It sat on the bench till this spring. When I got the second Orange. Could not get to all the fittings on the mmm without contorting myself. Purchased an 18” hose to go with the LNL and put it on my old grease gun. Works great and I didn’t buy another grease gun to go with the 4 I already have.

I use the regular version for most things, it’s worth the investment.

Have one absolutely love it. As @GeoHorn correctly states, most of us just don't use the 'standard' one correctly. But this takes all of the work out of greasing.

I'm in the "absolutely worth it camp". Mine is hooked up to the Ryobi battery grease gun. Job is easier and I keep a needle attachment for those hard to reach places.

I purchased the regular Lock-n-Lube. It has worked just fine for me. It is a little on the expensive side, but the older I get I don't mind paying for things that make my life a little easier.
I also have the original and no regrets at all. It has made this chore a more pleasant experience.

Saw them on Amazon for a lot less. Figured they were just that... cheap. Surprised that there aren't Chinese copies of Pat's Easy Change as well.
Maybe they weren't impressed enough to copy it 😁😁

This thing costs more than my grease gun cost, but I have grown weary of trying to hold the nozzle while keeping two hands pumping the grease gun. If it works as advertised, I win.

How do you guys with (one) electric grease gun handle the different grease specs? Do you have a separate gun for the loader pins/moly or do you just put non-moly EP in everywhere? (I've always been a "grease is grease, use whatever is in the gun" guy and am considering being reformed)

I am not opting for a battery powered grease gun at the farm. That would just be a battery that I would have to maintain and it ain't happening. I'll keep on squeezing.

I was at the farm this weekend and got an opportunity to try out my new Lincoln 1147 and the Lock N Lube. I must say that I now have a winning combination. The lock N Lube stays exactly where it is placed on the Zerk and the 1147 handle gun packs the punch. Away with the old one hand squeeze gun.

Put a poly carbonate barrel on it and then you have a winner.

A little exercise never hurt anyone older.....lol never had one and don't want one. Each of my hay tools carries a lever gun and flex hose in their respective tool boxes.
