Hello,
I am looking at a Kubota L3350 with a FEL that I have driven past for a few years parked beside a garage. I dropped a note in the mailbox at the address that I was interested in buying it.
The owner texted me that the machine will pull itself in the low gears but not in the higher gears and that $5000 is the price as it sets. He thinks it is an L35.
It is obvious that it has sat for a few years outside.
When I try to match up pictures of what is sitting there with an L35 they do not look like each other. To me this looks like an L3350 by the grille and headlights.
My questions are:
Is $5000 reasonable assuming it runs?
My thinking that this is most likely a worn clutch, is that a valid assumption?
I have split a couple of old tractors and have replaced clutch assemblies so I am not too afraid of that procedure.
Any input is appreciated,
Thank you
