I had to replace the 4 hydraulic hard lines on my BF400G loader and I'm having an issue with the loader. The bucket roll works fine, but I'm having 2 issues.
1. If I pull back too far on the lever to raise the bucket the bucket won't move. Pull back just a little and the bucket raises without any problem.
2. I can't lower the bucket unless I float it. If I run the tractor at higher rpms for a little bit and then try to lower the bucket it works, but as soon as I come back to idle I have the same issue again. What would cause this issue?
Thanks

State your problem and exactly what has transpired, and we should be able to help.

You'll find that with a lot of the very old posts there wasn't answers as the forum membership was very small at that time.

Thanks Wolfman
I figured it out. I hadn't hooked up the loop I undid when removing the backhoe - oops (I didn't want to hook a blue fitting into a red one) That said I also learned to really move the loader lever to take ALL the pressure off - which made the quick disconnects way easier to remove :)
