L1500 Installed Clutch - Issues?

I installed the clutch today and put the Trans back on, when I was mounting the
foot pads I ran into an issue, the pedal hits a protrusion on the bottom of the pad.

I looked into the clutch area through the inspection window and not sure I like what I am seeing?

Your going to have to be a little more specific as to what your calling the protrusion
So be very specific on what is hitting where.;)

It is a support gusset, about 1 inch by 1 half inch, If you look at the PP finger photo, it looks like they are not seated properly, not sure what would cause that. That is causing the throwout bearing to be in a different position also causing the pedal to be in a different position than when it was disassembled. Therefore it hits that support gusset.

But I think the pressure plate is the problem.
