There's 3 sensors ! One unmarked, one gray, one black. So, question, which one was replaced and was it the proper sensor ? If it was the 'gray' one, did you SEE the gray marking on it ?
If you just 'bought and installed', it's possible it's not the correct sensor for that location.
Obviously those 3 sensors don't have the same charcteristics(temp range, slope,DVDT,etc. but probably will fit in any hole.
Those are exhaust temperature sensors. Their only differences are the cable's length and the connectors' color.
They do not require reprogramming the system, they are plug-and-play.
Diagmaster needs to be connected to diagnose the concern.

Thanks WT for the intel ! K just says 'sensor' and a color on the Cdn parts page. You've eliminated the 'sensor' as being the cause of the problem.

If I am understanding correctly, the dealer is the only one that diagnose with the Diagmaster, correct?

I have had a similar problem with several other trackhoes. The problem was the connections at the water fuel separator. The brass fittings at the separator where the fuel hoses connect have a way of working loose and leaking air. If you can turn the brass fittings in the separator, they might be leaking air. If they are loose in the separator body, you can seal them with JJB Weld for a temporary fix. Replacing the entire separator was the repair. This seems simplistic but it has worked for me several times.

Did you replace with OEM or just an aftermarket separator?

Does anyone have a similar machine they could check the fuel pressure and see if what pressure it has? Does anyone know what the recommended fuel pressure should be? I cant find it anywhere.
