Looking to purchase my first zero turn and was looking at this one. Looking for opinions on this unit good or bad. I want a 60 " and commercial grade.

I don’t think any of these are bad. Buying new or used?
Buying new they might offer better deals/financing during the spring sale. But they may have some leftover inventory they might try and get rid of before winter.
Buying used, the best time to buy is winter.

I have the Z421 with a 60" deck (only difference that I know of is not coming with the suspension seat) and I really like the machine. It seems to be good on fuel and does everything I need it to do. 2-1/2 seasons of cutting so far and no issues.
I have Z422KWT with the 60” deck. It’s been in service since 2022 and other than routine maintenance I had to replace a front wheel assembly. There wasn’t any tires in inventory so I bought the next higher assembly. It has been very reliable for the last four seasons.
My local dealer considers the diesels commercial grade. I thought that low horsepower diesels were free of the new pollution control features but they have a particulate filter. I don't know if they need the exhaust fluid. They are more than 20K. (zero-turn mowers)
My dealer told me the Z726xkw3-60 was the entry level commercial machine so that's what I bought. Love it but really thinking about one with suspension and not just a suspension seat now.
Years back I had a JD 915B zero turn full commercial model.
It mowed great, but it would beat me to death because of how rough my property is.
Mowing with my B2601 is much more comfortable thanks to the larger tires.
If I ever went back to a zero turn, I'd probably go with a Ferris suspension mower.
