I don’t think any of these are bad. Buying new or used?
Buying new they might offer better deals/financing during the spring sale. But they may have some leftover inventory they might try and get rid of before winter.
I have the Z421 with a 60" deck (only difference that I know of is not coming with the suspension seat) and I really like the machine. It seems to be good on fuel and does everything I need it to do. 2-1/2 seasons of cutting so far and no issues.
