I have a 2020 z421 with the Kawasaki fs730v. It’s not charging the battery. I have tested the stator, 30v ac, the battery is new, there is 2.2v coming out of the regulator going back to charge the battery. When you pull the spade connected to the b terminal on the regulator and test the line voltage it’s showing 6.4 volts. I have checked the fuses and the ignition switch. The only fuse I haven’t checked yet is the slow blow fuse. Help? Any ideas?

Your putting 30VAC into the regulator and only getting 2.2VDC out, that's not right.
Sounds like the regulator is not getting charge signal, battery is bad, or the regulator is bad.
Start by testing the battery voltage.

Battery is new and fully charged, 12.7v I’m not sure why it’s only getting 6.4v signal to the regulator
