My Kubota M7060 HDC A/C belt squeals off and on and doesn't stay tensioned. The belt slipped off the pulleys one time. Anyone have an idea of what's going on?

I would inspect the tensioner assembly and make sure all thew parts are there.
You should be able loosen the nut on the idler pulley, then to tighten belt via the tensioner bolt then you should be able to tighten the idler pulley and it should lock in place.

Thank you for that. I have done everything you suggest and it still keeps happening.

If the tensioner keeps backing off then the casting, the bolt, or the nuts are damaged.
As it locks down with the top nut.

I suggest to replace the AC, water pump pulley belt if you haven't already performed that task.

look at the pulleys. See if the belt is riding in the very bottom of the "vee". If it is, your belt is wrong or your pulleys are worn out. The belt don't need to ride at the very bottom, it should make contact with the sides of the vee only.
