Thank you for that. I have done everything you suggest and it still keeps happening.I would inspect the tensioner assembly and make sure all thew parts are there.
You should be able loosen the nut on the idler pulley, then to tighten belt via the tensioner bolt then you should be able to tighten the idler pulley and it should lock in place.

If the tensioner keeps backing off then the casting, the bolt, or the nuts are damaged.Thank you for that. I have done everything you suggest and it still keeps happening.
I suggest to replace the AC, water pump pulley belt if you haven't already performed that task.My Kubota M7060 HDC A/C belt squeals off and on and doesn't stay tensioned. The belt slipped off the pulleys one time. Anyone have an idea of what's going on?
It does it with a new belt, so I will take it all apart again and inspect the nuts and casting. Thank you!If the tensioner keeps backing off then the casting, the bolt, or the nuts are damaged.
As it locks down with the top nut.
Yes, that's been done. Thank you!I suggest to replace the AC, water pump pulley belt if you haven't already performed that task.
