Kubota B5100D parts..

Hi there! I am from Finland and I bought a Kubota B5100D 79-84 model tractor last month. The engine is a model Z500 and it lacks the injection pump 2-cyl. Do you find the spare parts here? Finland did not exist .. I also need a bench and lifting equipment parts. Thank you! Sorry for my bad English, google translator .. =)

Hi, I'm in the UK and I have a B5100E, I may even have some lifting arms spare but they will be very expensive just to ship to Finland. Many parts for the B5100 are the same on the later B4200, download manuals for both tractors to compare. All the 3 point hitch parts are the same, if you have the manuals it will be easier for you name the part and add a part number.

I have tried to buy parts from WKTP but I found they were quite expensive and not always very helpful for small parts. I had better service from Wengers and Farmland Tractor Parts in Oregon (yes I actually had parts shipped all the way to the UK) Unfortunately many B5100 parts are now discontinued so you will have to search the salvage yards to find them. For engines look at Cheffins.co.uk here is a link, just type in Kubota to see what they are offering in their monthly sales. They are not great on descriptions or photos until a day or so before the sale, it may be difficult to get the parts to Finland though as they are just auctioneers and not shippers.

Otherwise keep an eye on eBay...

Hi there! Thanks for your help again! Does anyone know of this Z500 engine fuel injection pump spare part number? And the transport to Finland is really expensive, taxes, customs. Part will be twice more expensive .. Not good..

Here are the part numbers I *believe* you will need.

15261-51010 Injection Pump Assembly (Qty 1)
15221-52110 Injection Pump Shim (Qty 5)
66621-36740 Arm Lift RH (Qty 1)
01153-51045 Bolt (Qty 1)
04512-50100 Washer, Spring Lock (Qty 1)
66494-65101 Assy, 3-Point Linkage (Qty 1)

***Please note, Kubota sometimes uses different parts in different countries, so it is important that you check with your local Kubota dealer to make sure they are correct***

The 3-point assembly is available aftermarket for less money. Check with local tractor dealers or eBay to locate a kit that will fit.

It would be best if you could contact the previous owner and find the original pump. Even if it was damaged, they can often be rebuilt for much less than buying a new one.

You will like the tractor once you repair it!

I buy a new injection pump from Finland. 550EUR... But my kubota dont still work. Not pressure in cylinders. Start good but doesnt work. White smoke in exhaust...No air in fuelsystem...

Can i do something in valves? Or change new valves and pistons..?

Does it start?
Does it run for any length of time?
Is the fuel fresh?
Can you post a video?
Did you put any shims in with the injection pump?

Check your compression relase and make sure it is not activated part way.

Have you checked the engine timing??
Is the pin in the rack on the pump in the slot in the yoke?
Are both springs connected?

Not run any at all, fuel is fresh, compression relase is ok, pin are ok but I remember that I could only see one spring.. Two?

What it is shims?

the timing I have not checked yet..

the exhaust pipe to suck and blow when trying start. Valves?
