The P/N 66363-66442 is not one part but a group of parts.
And it's just part of the steering column.

According to my parts book it only includes 330, 340, and 350
Yes those parts and the housing itself which is not numbered because you can't but that separately.

All of this is really irrelevant as your not going to be able to buy that part new, they have long been discontinued.
So what is wrong with the part you have?

A little wear on any part shouldn't leak.
Sounds like you have seals or O-rings that have dried up and are failing to seal.

Did you mean B2150HSE with Hydrostatic Transmission, 2wd and power steering?

Part number 66363-6442 (#310 in diagram) is for the cover assembly and would not solve your leak.

Part #04811-10700 (#480 in diagram) O-ring, qty 2 and/or
Part #04811-50500 (#100 in diagram) O-ring, qty 1 are more likely the issue unless your steering shaft has been damaged some how.

They are readily available and reasonably priced.
