They do not repair an engine at all at this dealership..They only replace with brand new from Kubota..They said it showed same issues 2 skidsteers had and they are replacing the engines in them.

Wow - - that's a new one.

whitetiger asked about air bubbles - he's very good at this stuff. It's what he does.

Looks like it gets a bunch in the separator.

wow... sounds like no real mechanics employed ? Just 'parts swappers'.....

I see the same at local 'green' dealer. He'll 'r+r' the HST of a rider for 1,000s instead of replacing the $50 worth of bad parts.

Do you see bubbles in the water separator?

You have a suction leak between the fuel tank and the separator, either the tank outlet is partly plugged or you have a hole or crack in the fuel hose.
