Exactly why I carry one. Makes it easy on me. Also helps me be a good human when someone needs assistance.

Impact driver and a floor jack, in the daily driver? Nice.

Mine are safely kept in the shop and garage. I’ve hauled a floor jack around when going upstate to do a pad slap.

The floor jack was his. Lol. Apparently, in those vans, the tool kit is in a side panel in the back. Super idea for a service van: let's make the guy unload half of his crap to get to the tire change kit!
I carry a 20 ton bottle jack under the back seat. It is safer, easier and faster than the jack that came with the Super Duty trucks.

This past week I upgraded the 25 year old cab suspension bags on the M1078 and it sure would have been nice if the Milwaukee impact could have helped with removing some nuts and bolts. There are eight bolts on each side securing the old (and new) bags in place and one of the eight has very limited access and was a PITA. There's no room to get any leverage and no room for the impact, extension, universal adapter and socket so I had to resort to a wrench, pipe and hammer.

I carry Hi-Lift jacks in my F250 and Jeep TJ with the appropriate socket and breaker bar. I don't see the benefit of having an impact in those vehicles for the very rare occurrence of needing to change out a wheel.

Got it. I’m kind of picky. I try not to carry anything in the cab that I wouldn’t want hitting me in the back of the head.

I hear that! Definitely don't need to get clocked in the noggin. That's why I keep it all in the under seat storage. It would have to be a really bad for it to escape.

That's the one I have, too. Great wrench. Plenty of power.
