The floor jack was his. Lol. Apparently, in those vans, the tool kit is in a side panel in the back. Super idea for a service van: let's make the guy unload half of his crap to get to the tire change kit!Impact driver and a floor jack, in the daily driver? Nice.
Mine are safely kept in the shop and garage. I’ve hauled a floor jack around when going upstate to do a pad slap.

I carry a 20 ton bottle jack under the back seat. It is safer, easier and faster than the jack that came with the Super Duty trucks.
