Hydraulic lines reversed

I got the in and out reversed from the loader valve to the block under the seat. Now the three point won't raise with the lever but if u use the loader valve sideways like u gonna dump the bucket the three point will raise up

You most likely have the PB and T lines reversed ( power beyond and tank)

First question, did you put them back the way you know they should be?

If so, then it appears you’re saying things work different now after you made that mistake, and corrected it. Is this so?

Yes now to raise the three point leave the three point handle in the raise position.then take the loader and move left or right to raise the three point

As eserv noted: it sounds like you have the loader T(ank) and P(ower)B(eyond) connections reversed at the loader control valve. Is the line back to the tank (sump) flowing constantly when the loader valve is in the neutral position? The loader valve should only send fluid to the tank when the lever is operated. In neutral the loader valve should send fluid through the PB port to the 3ph. When the loader is operated, the loader valve should cut off flow to the PB port and send any excess to the tank port.
