I am not familiar with the part names and I cannot find them on the internet, so I am going to wing this. I will be using the divers side and passengers side like in a vehicle in the USA for reference. I am having a issue with installing (better yet getting my pin to seat on the passenger side for my bucket after using other implements. I am trying to fix this without going to the dealer. I have not had any accidents with it, just general wear and tear. I do grease and lube often.
I have a 2501 and I noticed (the last 2-3x's) that it was getting harder to get my pins lined up when installing my bucket. After further inspection I noticed things were off. I put a level on the drivers side and rotated it till it was level and when I put the same level on the passengers side it was way off (see pictures Loader DS Level Close Up and Loader PS Level).
I took photos for more reference. The front view photos you can see how the unit is off (and I am on somewhat level ground) and another picture will show how the arms for the seating pins are off and the pins are not anywhere close in the positioning down (Photo Front End Off & Front End Pins). I have adjusted the nut on the lever for the pin, but it does not do anything different.
I also measured the distance of travel on the lower hydraulic arms. The drivers side was approximately 2.5" (see photo DS Lower Hyd Arm) and the passengers side was approximately 3.5" (see photo PS Lower Hyd Arm). I also measured the upper hydraulic arm and the DS was 6.5" and the PS was 6.25".
Any help here would be awesome. If you have any other questions for me to help solve this would be great. Also sorry if there are any grammar errors, it happens.
Thank You
