A few years back I looked at one of those contraptions, a buddy of mine wanted to make organic fertilizer in the off season to keep it busy year round. With the cost and reviews it did not look viable for us. One downfall was getting the correct type of material/sawdust with the correct moisture content.
I really like heating with a pellet stove, mine is a Whitfield going on 20 years service. I have replaced parts and pieces, never anything catastrophic enough to replace it. I really want a Harman when this one kraps out, figured it has paid it's dues but it just won't die, lol.
