Good afternoon everyone, thought I'd share this image of hose routing for hooking up a third function, rear remotes, and backhoe circuit. Forgive the art quality, i never claimed to be one lol.
I would not recommend that plumbing.Good afternoon everyone, thought I'd share this image of hose routing for hooking up a third function, rear remotes, and backhoe circuit. Forgive the art quality, i never claimed to be one lol. View attachment 156067
The backhoe goes last because it has no power beyond and you are overpressuring the tank port.Oh? Why not?
The backhoe goes last because it has no power beyond and you are overpressuring the tank port.
Loader->3rd function->Rear remotes->BH->Block
Your rear remotes probably need a power beyond port for the same reason.
Dan
I don't understand how I'd be overpressuring. Could you draw me a diagram of how you'd do it?The backhoe goes last because it has no power beyond and you are overpressuring the tank port.

Everything is working right now, tested all functions. The backhoe goes last because it has no power beyond and you are overpressuring the tank port.

You are feeding the 3rd fumctiom with the tank port on the backhoe. Every time you use the 3rd function the tank port sees that pressure. That can be as high as 2000 PSI and a costly failure.I don't understand how I'd be overpressuring. Could you draw me a diagram of how you'd do it?
It works until it breaks.Everything is working right now, tested all functions.
Aftermarket, summit. I thought the orange was the supply from the loader circuit. You are feeding the 3rd fumctiom with the tank port on the backhoe. Every time you use the 3rd function the tank port sees that pressure. That can be as high as 2000 PSI and a costly failure.
Before I draw it up what do you have for remotes - OEM or aftermarket.

Here is the outlet block on your tractor.Aftermarket, summit. I thought the orange was the supply from the loader circuit.
So the P is (B), T is (D), and PB is (C)?Here is the outlet block on your tractor.

Thank youOP— have a look at this thread:
3rd Function hydraulic routing?
Hi, New member that recently bought a used L3901 with LA575 FEL and BH77 backhoe. I don’t have any experience with tractors but I am an electronics engineer so I have some technical background. The previous owner had installed a Land Pride 3rd Function kit. I picked up a used SGC1060 grapple...www.orangetractortalks.com
Thank you, I appreciate the help. I can be a bit hard headed. Here is the outlet block on your tractor.

Nothing hardheaded in this thread. You asked reasonable questions and listened to my answers. I hope the answers wete reasonable and helped.Thank you, I appreciate the help. I can be a bit hard headed.
They are and they will. Unfortunately, I already had mounted, zip tied, and put abrasion sleeves on the lot of it.....Nothing hardheaded in this thread. You asked reasonable questions and listened to my answers. I hope the answers wete reasonable and helped.

In Dan’s diagram of the hydraulic system for the outlet block the answer is YESSo the P is (B), T is (D), and PB is (C)?
I followed your routing, thank you very much for that. I had to relocate the hard bracket for the backhoe because I'm using iso flat connectors and they were interfering with the three point. Now on to creating the bridge between the hoe and kubota subframe.Nothing hardheaded in this thread. You asked reasonable questions and listened to my answers. I hope the answers wete reasonable and helped.
Dan
Is that a kubota kit? Mine is from summit. I see your point about maybe being cramped but I'll just have to cross that bridge when I get ther as this backhoe mated to this machine will be a one off.Depending on your size, you may end up feeling a little pinched sitting on the mounted backhoe seat while doing work, with the lower part of the ROPS attachment you’re showing.
Here’s how the factory kit instructions said to mount it.
