Hi friends,
I'm having hydraulic problems with the loader on my Kubota L2900 and am hoping that someone here would be gracious enough to help. It all started while my wife was clearing some brush with the loader. The loader bucket curl/roll back function stopped working (joystick left) but raise, lower, and dump continued to work.
I thought I was able to narrow the problem down to the control valve; I swapped hoses and was able to dump and curl the bucket but could no longer lower it. I tore the bad side of the valve apart and the spring was rusted in place so I ordered these parts:
75536-65600 KIT,UPPER BUCKET (F in the diagram below)
7J240-65100 KIT REGEN (B in the diagram below)
Put everything back together and now none of the joystick positions do anything and the 3 point hitch won't raise. In the pictures below, with the tractor running, if I remove the yellow hose, hydraulic fluid flows from the valve port. If I remove the purple hose, hydraulic fluid flows from the hose so there doesn't seem to be a blockage, although I do not have a gauge to test pressure.
I only have a couple quick disconnects and have checked them multiple times.
I should also mention that I changed fluid and filter last fall when fixing a leaky liquid gasket at the brake case.
Any advice you folks could offer would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Nick
