Saw this the other night! Icon prybar MADE IN USA! Fire me up! The guy said there is talks to making the entire line in USA https://youtube.com/shorts/Bjxdzdpw3VY?si=SqMhUIVy_ZfwMdwy
Right, without the truck.$100??? Who do they think they are, Snap-On?
Selling on the big "A" is not cheap, and "free" shipping isn't free. Many smaller company's that sell there charge more to cover those fees because the perception of the consumer is that if it's on Amazon or eBay its automatically a good deal, plus they like the one-click to buy convenience.Iāve seen several occasions lately where Amazon is not the best price for several products.
Always Google the part number or model number before making a purchase, you will frequently find much better prices than what is on the jungle site.Iām far from an expert.

I hear Ya, But find an equivalent pry bar for less? With this day and age. Itās not a horrible price. With a warranty. Thatās worth something itself.$100??? Who do they think they are, Snap-On?
So itās $10 less online, says nothing about lifetime warranty, and if for say it breaks or bends, where do you return it to? Not sure where you live, but i live Within reason to 4 harbor freights, Iāll pay the $10 more from the store and support a local establishment. Why would you pay that ridiculous amount at Harbor Freight when you can buy them from the manufacturer for less.
What's even more ridiculous is that he's all "fired up" about it being made in the USA.

I try Not to ever order from AmazonSelling on the big "A" is not cheap, and "free" shipping isn't free. I share Skeets' point of view. It's a freakin' piece of steel with a handle. Not exactly rocket science. I'd be surprised if production costs come to $15 each. Why would anyone pay 100 bucks for a pry bar?
Well thatās where youāre wrong. Itās not just a āpiece of steelā if it was it would bend when you try to use it. Iām not saying the 100$ price tag is justified. But itās more than just a piece of steel.I share Skeets' point of view. It's a freakin' piece of steel with a handle. Not exactly rocket science. Haha......No, but you know they want to be. They're so jealous of all those poor techs they're keepin bent over.$100??? Who do they think they are, Snap-On?
I totally agree. 24 years as a tech has me completely over these tool companies and their prices. Although I do point our younger techs/apprentices towards the harbor freight direction rather than most tool trucks, you definitely gotta be careful and do alittle research. Why would you pay that ridiculous amount at Harbor Freight when you can buy them from the manufacturer for less.
Okay, a piece of hardened steel. Make it $25...Well thatās where youāre wrong. Itās not just a āpiece of steelā if it was it would bend when you try to use it. Iām not saying the 100$ price tag is justified. But itās more than just a piece of steel.
