I just said it was interesting, nothing more, nothing less.Well sure. That’s a skid steer lol.
I was thinking that models for B though MX sized tractors would sell well. I like the idea of reducing the need to switch between a bucket and grapple.Pretty cool, but extremely heavy, I’d bet. Min tractor hp is 100 with 4K lift capacity.
Obviously not for smaller tractors. Skid steers and big utility could benefit though. I like it.
That would be nice.I was thinking that models for B though MX sized tractors would sell well. I like the idea of reducing the need to switch between a bucket and grapple.
From what I can tell, the cylinder closet to bucket closes first, then the one out by the tines. Opening is reversed.I tried watching the video, it was 'choppy', never saw each ram being individually operated, so I wonder HOW they're connected ? If just paralled, then it's no better than a single ram setup, maybe cheaper to build though. true 4 ram system would need 4 spool valve...$$$$
The EA grapple is the ballsI narrowed down my choices to either an EA grapple or a Kioti grapple. The kioti grapple looks like it can tear down a house. Anyone have any opinions on the two? I know the EA grapple is loved by many

The Virnig was an option but I feel like the bottom tines are too short for my liking. I want something that has longer than normal bottom tines so I might be able to use the bottom tines more effectively for diggingI ordered a Virnig 60" grapple for my L3901.
It's made of the right material and the manufacture is 30 miles away.
Cost just under 2000.00 and comes with choice of couplers
Only problem is wont be ready to pickup till end of Nov beginning of Dec
I don't know about the Kioti grapple tearing down a building, but I can tell you for a fact that the EA grapple can.I narrowed down my choices to either an EA grapple or a Kioti grapple. That’s a bit overkill for a L2501. At 525lbs, it eats half of the lifting capacity.I have this one on my M6060, 72".

I wasn't suggesting the OP buy a 6' grapple, if you'll look they have smaller sizes too. That’s a bit overkill for a L2501. At 525lbs, it eats half of the lifting capacity.
Yeah, that’s one of the 2 that I posted pictures of. Only problem is they have a 4 month lead time right nowEverything Attachments has a 55” lighter weight wicked root grapple, supposed to be 2xx pounds or they also make one for the BX SERIES lighter still.![]()
Sadly that lead time applies to virtually everything that we use or eat.Only problem is they have a 4 month lead time right now
