Yes, I confirm, I got the 2501 HST.
My sales guy (super nice and knowledgeable) configured the machine as you see it - less the QH15. I went and did my research and walked back in a couple of days later.
My Q's were:
1) Why the 1860 versus 1260 on the mower?
2) Why a 66" scraper instead of 60"
I liked his answers. On the mower, he basically said that the 1860 is pretty much all they order and use. Never ever had any problems. Yes, the 1260 can save me a bit but is obviously a little lighter duty. He thought the 1260 would be fine for me but he could solidly recommend the 1860 based on his experience.
For the scraper - I liked his logic. As the bucket is 66", if you are trying to stay parallel to a fence or some line, it is always nice to have the front and rear implements the same width. Smart.
I hemmed and hawed a little on the price. All of you may know that on Kubota's website, they're advertising a L2501 (Manual trans) + 1260 mower + 1260 scraper + Quick attach for 20,995 and with 20% down, $199 for 84 months.
Together we looked at that on the website - and I told him what I wanted was very similar but with an HST. Then I just said, if you can throw in the QH15, I'll do the deal you have configured right now..... and he did! So, I feel super good. I got the HST and a couple of upgrades and I think my payment before insurance is $224.73.
