I've changed the engine oil, and I'm planning on changing the rest of the fluids on my L1500DT. Due to the date range of manufacture, I would imagine that the transaxle was designed to run standard Hy tran. Is there anything better that's worth the money, or is the Hy tran still the best bang for the buck? I've read about JT-5 on here, but the main upgrades appear to be friction modifiers, and I've got a gear tractor with dry brakes. Would the front diff and axle take hy-tran as well, or would they take an 80-90 or other gear lube?
