Front end loader B6100

I am toying with the idea of building a loader for my B6100. In my inventory, I have quite a bit of pallet racking. I am debating about using this for the loader arms. It is 1.625x4" tubing. They would be two piece arms. 30" gusset/cyl mount and then 40" 60* down from horizontal. Does the brain trust here think that this would be strong enough????

What is the wall thickness of the tubing? That will have a large effect on it's strength.
I would think a 2" X 4" X 1/4" wall would be about a minimum for that application.

The loader that i adapted to my B5100 was (I believe) intended for a B6100. The uprights are about 2 x 4 x 3/16 at most. (tractor is 900 miles away so no measurements, sorry).

Keep in mind that the front axle loading needs to be considered with these tractors; you're is limited to 500 lbs as shown in the owners manual, and a subframe is required.
