Just got my b3300su and after the delivery i noticed it had a small push in dent above the step up. my dealer is not getting back to me about what he's going to do about it. Any ideas on how to handle this ?

Have you gone to the dealer in person? Try that- go see your salesman.
Ignoring a phone message is one thing. An expectant customer is different. Is the tractor brand new? Are you certain it came that way? The dealer will probably say that you dented it, so you need a ready reply.

good idea, Im going in today after work. And yes its new and I know there going to think I did it.
Yeah, the salesman said they will stop in when their in the area to check it out. When asked to the guys who put the tractor together they of course said they knew nothing about the dent (which was also sprayed because some paint chipped off)

I discovered flat weld dents on the hood of my new BX right along the edge where it is reinforced. The dealer came over, looked it over, and did nothing about it. It was obviously done at the factory. Typical of the times. More money, less quality workmanship.
