Found a dent in my new Kubota, No help from Dealer

Just got my b3300su and after the delivery i noticed it had a small push in dent above the step up. my dealer is not getting back to me about what he's going to do about it. Any ideas on how to handle this ?

Have you gone to the dealer in person? Try that- go see your salesman.
Ignoring a phone message is one thing. An expectant customer is different. Is the tractor brand new? Are you certain it came that way? The dealer will probably say that you dented it, so you need a ready reply.

Let us know what happens- if they have integrity (be sure to drop that word- put the monkey on their back to do the right thing), they will take care of you.

Yeah, the salesman said they will stop in when their in the area to check it out. When asked to the guys who put the tractor together they of course said they knew nothing about the dent (which was also sprayed because some paint chipped off)

Well it looks like they're going to stand behind what they said. They will replace the fender.
Good deal. I know most places want you to be happy and spread "Word of mouth" advertising.

I discovered flat weld dents on the hood of my new BX right along the edge where it is reinforced. The dealer came over, looked it over, and did nothing about it. It was obviously done at the factory. Typical of the times. More money, less quality workmanship. :mad:
