I just got my 2016 Kubota L4701 loader / backhoe running. I had the PO 605 low ecm voltage and was told by dealer ecm was bad. I asked him how jumpstarting a battery could do this and this is what I was told, when jump starting a low battery the alternator sends out a high amperage and this is what fried the ecm. Not enough voltage to blow the fuse or relay but damaged the ecm. So I was looking at 3k for a new ecm. Was not happy and did some digging on google and im glad I did. 750.00 plus the shipping and my tractor is running great. ECU MAVERICK in Florida fixed my ecm and came with 1 yr warranty. So I wanted to share this with Y'all because 750.00 + 100.00 for. Quick shipping is way better than 3k. I highly recommend their services. And 2 day turn around !!!!!!. Hope this will help someone save some folding money. Thanks.

That's similar to how Ford Motor Company sold 6.0 FICMs for $1,500+ that would soon require replacement with another that wouldn't last. People rebuilt them on a corner desk for as little as $100 and gave life time warranty.

Googled and their address is a massage parlor… I find that humorous.
what’s more humorous is I believe kubota has an extended coverage or something on these ecu for this problem 😂

But if I could get my tractor fixed at the rub n tug, my wife would never know 🤣

Pretty interesting it wasn’t necessary to sync the injectors to the new ECU with Diagmaster, but if it works, it works and I’m surely no expert on Kubota ECU replacement. That’s certainly a lot cheaper than dealer.

BTW, the massage parlor is Therapeutic Asian massage 😉 and it’s just in the same building; different suite.

Don’t come in here with facts and logic! Let me and Ford have some fun.

Which suggests the "fix" does not involve altering any programming or stored data. Perhaps something as simple as a bad power connwctor or component....

Were they able to reprogram it or clear the code? It looks like the code still has to be cleared after repair. Did you have to have Kubota do that? If so, how much?

If they repair it the code automatically goes away.
It resets and relooks for condition on power up.
