Like many, I've had more trouble sleeping than I used to. I've been looking into a bunch of different solutions.

Recently, I found information that suggested EMF impacts sleep. They suggested switching devices to airplane mode if you don't want to leave them in another room. First, I switched my iPhone to airplane mode, and now I've switched my iPad, too. It seems to be helping me sleep better. I have wifi-calling on my iPhone, so practically speaking I've lost no functionality as long as I remember to turn off airplane mode when I leave the house.

If you are interested, it's easy to find articles/documents that discuss the impact.

My phone goes into sleep mode at night and then comes out of the sleep mode when my alarm goes off. It only allows calls from those I have selected in my phone. I don't get an notices about emails or text during that time frame.

Makes it nice and quite at night.
