Recently, I found information that suggested EMF impacts sleep. They suggested switching devices to airplane mode if you don't want to leave them in another room. First, I switched my iPhone to airplane mode, and now I've switched my iPad, too. It seems to be helping me sleep better. I have wifi-calling on my iPhone, so practically speaking I've lost no functionality as long as I remember to turn off airplane mode when I leave the house.
