Diesel prices???

Diesel for truck was $3.84 yesterday afternoon.

I bought onroad for 3.19 last night. I saw a best price of 3.15 though. OffRoad is usually .20 less. Gasoline is about 2.59 a gallon.

Gas = 2.34 at the local walmart gas station....damn ol ON road diesel is STILL 3.25....
not sure of the OFFroad stuff - NEED to go buy some ! but ifn I was to guess, 2.80 something.

All this cheap oil is a plot to hurt our shale drilling in the north midwest, the Arabs and the russians and the great folks in down south are taking a few bil less by producing oil at a very cheap rate - hoping to slow the US boom down, we'll see who does what - I do know first hand - the small firms are cutting back in the fracking business, making sure they dont get caught in the pissing contest!

I was in Lynchburg, briefly, on Monday. My daughter moved from the dorms at Liberty to an apartment, and I had to bring some furniture to her that was stored at our house. I believe the Krogers on Timberlake had diesel for $3.19. At least that's whee I thought I saw it...

The drilling companys cut back on production if the price drops below 50$ a barrel for nat gas. We had a mild winter two years ago. Nat gas usage dropped way down. Company's pulled out of the state and went to texas and Oklahoma for oil instead. Only one main company here now. If they shut down for maintanace everyone feels it, from the restraunts, stores to the employees of the support companys

Here is a catch on the prices now. The arabs agreed to play ball ( good ole free market) they want to keep earning money from us.

Here is the kink in their plan, Serveral US based company have said the WAR is on. One CEO was on the recored saying that they could stay profitable and WOULD down to 28 bucks a barrel.

SO i say let the ARAB's just try and keep up with good ole american spirit. Only thing that begs the problem is the EPA and tree huggers; O and MR. Duffus's idioctic plans. Only time will tell.

Diesel at pump $2.80

BULK :
Off road Diesel $2.65 Are they nuts!
On road Diesel $3.21 Are they nuts!

Per the dealer:
On road Diesel Clear
Off road Diesel Dyed red - added as truck is being filled but same as on road - $0.556 tax
#2 fuel oil Dyed Red - higher sulfur content

Gas "was" 1.78 ....but other places around her are rising ! Like 1.85 and going up. Still havent gone and filled my yellow tanks yet! NEED to do that .......just in case that white stuff starts to fall, but then again - pigs can fly, ifn you kick'em hard enough!
