Hello. Does anyone know where I can purchase computer diagnostics for Kubota tractors. I have the numbers for Diagmaster (1J574-90014) and K-obd ACE (07916-81103).

Unless things have changed Kubota will only sell those tools to authorized repair facilities. Ordinary owners do not qualify....

Basically, it's like that, I only find them on Chinese sites at a very low price, which worries me and I'm not sure about the quality of the product.

Whitetiger provided some details about a year ago. A search will probably tirn it up.
You have to "demonstrate a need" and also complete the same training courses (weeks) the dealership techs attend. IIRC you also have to retrain every year in order to renew the multi thousand dollar annual license.
Its (purposly) out of reach for the vast majority of owners including ones with very deep pockets.

I vaguely recall this issue a couple years ago, and someone said an end-user could get some (limited?) access to the system.
@ruger1980 - - you might have been a contributor to that discussion. Seems like it was since you joined OTT in 2020 - - seems like it was 2-3 years ago per my pea-brained memory.

You must pass the extensive test to be issued a license.
You must pay a yearly fee to renew your license and complete follow up training as required. So far this year I have been issued over 20 hours of on-line courses and 2 dozen tests.
Follow-up training may be in-person or online, you must pass any and all tests.
You are responsible for your use or misuse of Diagmaster.
Typically, most non-dealers with Diagmaster are rental companies or large fleet owners.

I do understand most end users that have factor diagnostics software are few and larger customers but that is largely in art to the cost of said diagnostic tooling.
The company I work for will supply and license our diagnostic software and hardware to whomever but it is to be sold and supported by the dealer. That and like all OEM software it generally has limited capabilities.
What we see is in most cases the dealerships do not want to sell or support this product.
Depending on what engine or piece of equipment your working with jpro through noregon may have you covered. We use their HD scan tool system for our Heavy duty trucks and off road equipment. Our off road stuff is all Deere with a little Bobcat mixed in.
Hello you. My local dealer quoted me about $15,000 for both diagnostics. On the Internet, AliExpress is priced at $2-3000 each, but I'm not sure about the quality. For this, if anyone has purchased from a secure site or dealer, I would be grateful to share an opinion. Greetings
One of my trade magazines had a whole issue recently dedicated to scan tools for light, medium, & heavy vehicles, and included yellow iron, farming equipment, and off road equipment. I'll see if I still have it and reference any possible 3rd party solutions.

You can buy the adapter from lots of sources. But the data communication protocol is not the same as OBDII.
