Hello. Does anyone know where I can purchase computer diagnostics for Kubota tractors. I have the numbers for Diagmaster (1J574-90014) and K-obd ACE (07916-81103).
Unless things have changed Kubota will only sell those tools to authorized repair facilities. Ordinary owners do not qualify....Hello. Does anyone know where I can purchase computer diagnostics for Kubota tractors. I have the numbers for Diagmaster (1J574-90014) and K-obd ACE (07916-81103).
Not much good without the software and license.I have dst-i adapters available.
Whitetiger provided some details about a year ago. A search will probably tirn it up.Kubota does allow Diagmaster and KOBD Ace to be sold to end users. You will have to contact your dealer and ask if they will sell those products to you. Be aware it is not cheap
I vaguely recall this issue a couple years ago, and someone said an end-user could get some (limited?) access to the system.Kubota does allow Diagmaster and KOBD Ace to be sold to end users. $16K repair bill
I guess that would depend on the investment wouldnt it? Dan Of course it would depend on the investment as well as someone's tax bracket and many other personal financial factors, and that's the point. A loan for some is better and paying cash with a rebate is better for others. Neither is...www.orangetractortalks.com
Individual must provide a reasonable use for purchasing Diadmaster.
You must attend training at a Kubota Industrial Engine dealer site (usually Anderson Industrial Engines).
You must pass the extensive test to be issued a license.
You must pay a yearly fee to renew your license and complete follow up training as required. So far this year I have been issued over 20 hours of on-line courses and 2 dozen tests.
Follow-up training may be in-person or online, you must pass any and all tests.
You are responsible for your use or misuse of Diagmaster.
Typically, most non-dealers with Diagmaster are rental companies or large fleet owners.
You can buy the adapter from lots of sources. But the data communication protocol is not the same as OBDII.curious, found this...
it's about $2K US$
I'm wondering if Kubota would sell the CANbus adapter so mere mortals could scan/read the computer sames as we can for cars and trucks ?
