Hi all, my first time to the site and there looks to be some excellent people on here!

I have a B2410 HST in for repair.
the issue is the on the deck. Various components have worn out.

unfortunately there isn’t any markings left on the deck.
I spoke to a dealer who sent me diagrams based on the tractor. I ordered parts and they were wrong. And to add, that dealer now won’t refund the parts that they incorrect advised!

After some research, it looks like the incorrect diagrams i am continually lead to is for an RC60 24B deck. But…. I believe the deck I have is an RC60 24 BR.
I’m in desperate need for a centre pulley amongst other bits. The centre pulls pulley (below the PTO gearbox) is for a a standard v belt, not like the ‘double groove’ pulley for braided belts.
I’ve had no luck from supposed dealers and no luck finding part number or diagrams that match what I have.
any help would be absolutely amazing!!

thanks so much in advance

I probably won't be much help, but there's bound to be others here who can help. I reckon a good start would be for you to add whatever photos you can of you mower deck.

It appears you are located in the UK..?

Was it a U.K. dealer who gave incorrect guidance? Did you purchase from or through that dealer..? or from another source..?

I wonder if this is a unit or model unique to the UK….

Interesting thoughts. It’s a customers tractor purchased second hand and pretty old so I don’t know the history.
the incorrect diagrams came from a uk dealer. and I’m starting to think the tractor and deck were perhaps not an original match!

In adition to deck parts, you also need a new dealer.

Decks are pretty simple and don't have tight tolerances to allow for belt stretch.

You seem to be handy, so you probably could drill new holes buy spindles and pulleys for a different model/brand that have the right dimensions. Then, measure what you need for belts and buy them.

There are a lot of generic parts on Amazon in the US at least.

Your gearbox housing is trashed. It's entirely possible a complete used deck in good condition would be cheaper than all of the parts you require.

edit: all of the pictured sheaves are wallowed out... that means the spindles are also shot, not to mention the spindle housings.

I saw the PTO drive schaft laying there but no detail on the coupler or slip yoke.

What specifically is worn out? Are you speaking of bearings, spring(s), and such? If the pullys are still good, can the bearings be pressed out and replaced?
