From here things go pretty quick.
I press in the new races for the axle bearings.
Assemble the parking brakes.....It sure will be nice to have a functioning one again
Install the rotors and pads
and its time for the "test drive"
Well I am pretty nervous at this point.
Lots of time, money, effort, anger has been expended.
But in the end, she sounds EXACTLY as she did before.....The rear is quiet, but the noise is still there.
That may not sound like a "win", but I see it as one. After inspecting the rear and finding nothing really wrong, I think the noise is strictly from the front, as I suspected after inspecting the rear......
So now it's time to tackle the front........
