This was an actual news story this am in my area. They story was picked up by the AP. I'm so glad that we in eastern PA can represent.

Remember, they live amongst us...

Im 6'1, 220lbs. I had to drive my brother in laws Mazda Miata (stick shift) with no tilt steering.

I triple checked to make sure the seat was all the way back. Then squeezed myself in.

I could not stretch my legs out. My knees were wedged into the center console and the door.

I felt like a gorilla in a clown car 😂🤣🤣🤣😂

And, the only way to get out was for me to roll out of the seat onto the ground. And then get up 😂🤣😂🤣🤣🤣

I feel your pain. Same height but slightly more rotund. A 5'1" gal was staying with us and she asked me to move her Lexus that blocked me in. Got in, closed door, started it up and the eff'n seat started moving forward until I was pinched against the steering wheel with my forehead almost on touching the windshield. I was trapped with barely any arm movement until I had the wherewithal to turn it off. Haven't trusted import cars since!

Guess it's not just me that has rolled out of a car sober then 😮. That high door sill was the killer along with seats that lock your shoulders in.

1. I've never worn "jorts" in my life!

2. Comments re: entry/exit are spot on. Wicked comfy once you wriggle into it tho.

3. I used to laugh at old farts in Corvettes. Now I are one. Just as well, if I could have afforded one in my 20's I wouldn't be here now.

My gmc Sierra will do that depending on which key fob you have.

It has driver 1 & 2 seat positions. My fob will move the seat back if she's been driving. Her fob will move the seat forward if I've been driving.
