Looks like the entire wall was bowed out and the brick, gutter installers, window installers, masons just worked around it.

I was working in a new home that the walls were not plumb. If you hung a picture in one room the bottom of the picture would be 2" from the wall.

Looks like someone saved time and money by skipping those pesky little brick ties. Can’t see them once the brick is up so who would ever know?

You been in my house? I’m pretty sure the builder didn’t own a plumb bob, framing square, or level. Sure makes renovation and remodeling interesting.

Nothing is square, level, or plumb.

new build next door, garage wall was 7 inches out of square in 24 feet ! They dug out that concrete wall, landfilled it, poured a new one... TWO inches out, said good enough, homeowner PAID for their mistake....
idiots...ALL of them.
kinda weird building inspector didn't catch that one of the main support beams wasn't sitting on the sill properly( about 3/4" off it... )
