Okay, some of you may get a laugh at least, and many of you may not believe, but my wife and I may have had 5 arguments in the last 10 years. The first 30 years of marriage we had our normal share of arguments but the last 12 years have been smooth sailing.

The moral of that story is that it takes time to really learn to appreciate and love each other's complexities and quirks.

Yup, I agree. The Laundry Fairy and I have been together for over 30 years, and Laundry services until death do us part! lol

But most importantly, I think it's picking a great gal that has the same interests and is compatible with you as well from the get go.
