We got a lot of real winners in Maine. This ad is on Marketplace and im certain is 100% real because super dumb people outnumber normal people nowadays

" Selling my 1978…14x68 foot mobile home..it’s been a continuous remodeling project as you can clearly see in the images..the inside needs some love as it’s not completely remodeled but it does have alote of potential in the right hands.. all of the framing is still nice and solid and the underneath of the house is all solid 2 x 6 beams holding the floor up, and they are in perfect condition as the mobile home has sat on a full basement foundation with the age of the house.. all of the plywood on the outside of the house are brand new I just replaced all of last year ..like I said, it’s a solid structure just needs to be finished on the inside.. oh it will need to be removed from the location that it’s at as we are replacing it with a newer mobile home, and no longer have any use for it anymore.. and the person that buys is responsible for the cost of moving it to a new location I’m asking $20,000 for the house as it is "

Considering it has to be moved at buyer expense, looks like a simple typo: seller accidentally added a zero to the $2000 price.

pretty sure about 30' down the road, it'll collapse as all the roof ties (ceiling joists.) have been removed.
and that's wafer board NOT plywood on the walls...

I work around these type of people sometimes. That guy thinks hes a master builder, 100% guaranteed

Holy Sh1T, under his introduction he works at and owns his own construction company. Hopefully the significant other won't let him touch the newer house with any tool.

We have then up here just like that, heck I even bought one, not for the trailer but for the land it was on!

Two things I’d recommend:
1. If you are interested I’d start below the asking price, but make sure the GSD is part of the deal (goes with the collapsible house.)
2. Once you have the pup out of harms way, light a match and then go get the pup a pup cup at a local ice cream shop.

This shows the correct meaning of 'trailer TRASH' !!
I see a lot of BLACK mold BUT it does have 'central air conditioning' !!

sigh, no kitchen and no axles either......

Kids are sleeping in a bunk bed with plastic and insulation hanging down right on the sleeping area....but they got that big screen tv and new puppy!! ...lol priorities. Sadly this is super common up here.

That’s a literal pile of garbage. They must be offering $20k to have it removed?

Love how the bottom chord of the trusses has been cut off to facilitate the palatial ambiance. Next winter the roof will collapse under 6 inches of snow when the walls blowout. It still snows in Maine, right? Hope no one is in it when that happens.

Do his family a solid and show this add to the local building inspector so this disaster of a pile of rubbish can be condemned before someone is hurt.

Beat me to it, first thing I saw all the ceiling joists cut out
