Welcome to the forum
My 'backhoe ready' B2601 has two hydraulic hoses set up for connection to a BH70 backhoe (which I ordered 3 months ago but have not received). I believe that these hoses were installed as part of the backhoe attachment package, which included a backhoe subframe (already installed). The BH70 backhoe has 4 (iirc) hydraulic cylinders (boom, dipper, bucket, swing (1)) plus two outriggers. There are two control sticks for the four hydraulic cylinders; each stick controls 2 with fore-back & side-side lever actions. My connections are color-coded; without that guidance it would be hit or miss when performing connections for a newbie (like me).
My guess is that in your case you will need a pair of hydraulic hoses, plus some hydraulic connectors. Without the backhoe attached, one of my hoses is capped, the other is connected back to the HST housing. To attach the hoe I need to disconnect the attached hose and connect one from the hoe to the point where the uncapped hose was connected, while connecting the two tractor-connected hoses to points on the hoe.
It may be such that with a 3-point hoe, not having the backhoe 'kit' pieces included, you may have to use rear mounted remotes for the connection. Additionally, the Kubota 'backhoe package' includes a swivel seat mechanism, not sure what to do in your case.
Sorry to be so vague, hope you solve the issue - good luck
