The pedal would not return after the parking brake was released. I cleaned out the linkage area and used a penetrating oil and things are much better but there is a small hesitation before the pedal returns.

Not right now, but would like to know how to check the actuator for uneven wear.

To do that would require you to remove the axle housing.
If you aren't having brake drag, don't worry about it.
