BX5450 Snowblower Package For Sale

This is a 2015 BX5450 Snowblower Package, consisting of the snowblower, BX2751 hydraulic actuator (for lift and lowering), PTO shaft (44 & 3/8" L) and manual discharge chute actuator rod and pedestal. I am the original owner. Located in Michigan, this accessory has seen extremely low usage of approximately 7 hours of operation. Winters in our immediate location have proven to not justify possession. The unit has been stored in an insulated, temp controlled garage its entire existance. It is of exceptional condition....without exception, all bearings have been meticulously maintained, silk-smooth in motion. Zero rust anywhere. Drive chain and sprockets in perfect condition, exhibiting no wear. Auger halves are free on shafts, no bends in helix paddles. Superficial stone chips exist on augers, intentionally left visible when painted with thin single coat of Kubota Bright Orange II paint.
Cutter edge along bottom of snowbox reveals crisp edge over the entire length. Skids mounted on ends of snow box have been widened and lengthened. There are no downsides to the condition of the machine.
I do not offer shipping but may assist with the process if carefully planned. Will consider delivery to approximately 250 miles for paid fuel expense. Two independent Kubota dealers have indicated this package will be suitable for any BX-series sub-compact tractor. It is the purchasers responsibility to confirm that and decide accordingly. Price is $2,450 for the entire package as described.

let me know. I assuming it is the bx2753 mid PTO that comes out of the mount ?
I would need the long shaft as well that goes under the tractor.

Craig, I was told by two Kubota dealers that this package will work on all BX-Series tractors. That said, I would recommend you confirm that through a couple dealers near you. Look at picture #3. That is the lift and lowering actuator that hangs on the front frame end. Tap on the last picture ( a thumbnail) to enlarge the pic. That device connects to the hydraulics system and acts as an intermediate coupling spline to connect the front end of the PTO shaft to the PTO unit under the floor pan to the PTO unit. The front end of the Actuator spline shaft is then connected to the 15" (+-) shaft that directly drives the chain gearset shown in pic #2. I measured the main PTO shaft, the overall length is exactly 44 & 2/3" in length. See attached photo. I will palatize the the package an deliver to a shipping facility.

I plow snow commercially but recent past years I hardly get enough to make it worth my time. Love to ice fish but cannot get on safe ice for any period longer than a week. Last year it was 2 days in my region then rotten ice to the thaw.

Btw, we get 3 feet + of ice out here on lakes. Often have to use extensions on the auger.

I still have the snowblower and attachments as described. I hadn't been checking the site for responses due to family loss in early December. Dealing with liquidating the estate and preparation for real estate sale has been largely distressing. I will check daily for response in the event you have not found another in this interim.
