Has anyone bent their loader on a BX? When I have the loader off to mow, The left side will drop right in, and the right side will be 2-3 inches from dropping in. If I have the bucket off, say to put the forks on, the SSQS "squares" engage the implement at different times. I don't recall how/when this happened. I have 32 hours on the tractor. Pretty sure it's something I did to it, and I'm hesitant to contact my dealer or Kubota about warranty, but I do have the KTAC, and I think it's more appropriate to do a claim on the insurance and pay the deductible than to try to do a warranty claim since it's not a build quality or poor installation issue. Anyone else have a bent loader? I will try to get some pics next time I'm attaching the loader. With cold arriving soon, my wife has a lot of honey do projects when I get home.

You have one of the mount plates out of time. You can use your hydraulics and a chain to it back in the correct position.

What usually causes the problem is one of the pins is not parked in the over center position or something kicks it up and the operator does not notice it. Then the unattached side causes the connection pipe to the plates to twist. Here is a simple solution to the problem. A couple of 1/4" holes in the handle and a bungee cord.

I will try to look into this over the weekend. Would be nice if it's that easy of a fix.

I snugged up the nuts holding the 'levers', firm..not SNUG or Snug or FIRM, but a 'solid' feel. From the dealer they were LOOSE like a goose !

This was 100% caused by having the left loader arm locked and thinking the right side was locked when it wasn't, and picking the loader up. I have to drop my loader on gravel or grass to mow, I don't have a hard surface that the entire tractor and loader will fit on . I am pretty sure this was when I had the loader on concrete and the tractor's rear wheels where in gravel. If I get the pads in time, and still have an issue with getting the loader on, I'll have to talk to Land and Coates and see what options I got.

I have not yet had one of the levers disengage. Only got 32 hours on it, so I'm sure it will happen one day if I don't put some holes in there and bungee them down.

I think the difference from what I have going on to what everyone is suggesting, is that I can't have my plates out of time without a super obvious issue. I have 1 cylinder in the center of the QA plate, (BX) not 2 cylinders. When this happened (at like 6 hours on the clock) I bent the left landing gear so it would actually catch the latch. I think I actually did bend the loader somehow. When I put it back on, after I get the left side on, I have to force the right side toward the left, as it is bent out too far to even be able to lower it onto the knuckle. I don't have any pictures of that, but next time I have the loader off, I'll get some, I'm sure it won't be fixed by then.
